Day 90
In the morning we visited the Interpretive Center and Conservatory and the Game Warden Center. The Game Warden Center had all the stuffed animals that were forfeited due to people illegally obtaining them. We departed IPG and drove about 3.5 hours to Winnipeg. It rained most of the way. Before heading to our campground we made a scramble to find diesel. We finally found a Flying J and took 83 gallons (for those curious, cost $305, about $1.50 more a gallon than in the US but in Canadian currency so that softens the blow). That’s in a 90 gallon tank so we were cutting pretty close but found a dearth of diesel stations on the route and the few that had diesel were too small for our coach to fit. We checked into Arrowhead RV Park in Ile des Chenes, a little south of Winnipeg.
