Sunday, July 16, 2017, Oshkosh, WI
Day 66

We drove the coach 20 minutes to the EAA Museum (Experimental Aircraft Association). Fantastic museum if you are an aviation buff which as a pilot I am. Aircraft of all kinds. We took a shuttle from the main building to a row of 7 large hangars holding many antique airplanes. In addition, rides were offered. Rosemary treated me to a birthday present, a ride in a 1929 Travel-Air Bi-plane. A spin around Oshkosh in an open air cockpit was definitely a highlight of the trip. We spent all day at EAA and then checked into the Hickory Oaks Campground in Oshkosh.
