Day 18, May 15, 2018. Tuesday.
A relaxing morning stroll through the Castle District ended at Ruszwurm Cukrasda, a coffee café where we had coffee, mine with a marzipan liqueur, chocolate and real whipped cream.  Next a walk back down the Castle Hill and across the Chain Bridge and into the Four Seasons Hotel which is housed in the renovated Gresham Palace.  Built in 1904 to 1906 but severely damaged in WWII, it was not until 1999 that it was renovated and put back in use as a luxury hotel.  A tram ride back to the Great Market Hall where we strolled the Vaci Ucta, a main shopping thoroughfare.  Dinner in the Jewish Quarter at Koleves Vendegio where I had veal paprikas with spaezel and mixed pickle.  Delicious.  Rosemary had chicken, stir fried with snow peas.  As good and plentiful as the food on the ship was, eating at local restaurants surpassed it. Walking time 3:39, 14,934 steps.
