Day 65
We visit the Kettles Moraine State Park near Campbellsport, WI. Ice age glaciers have left formations of Kames, Eskers and Kettles in the park. It is a driving tour to see the formations. Although we did see some of the formations, they are mostly obscured by trees and vegetation so summer is not the best time to view. We headed on to the Fond du Lac, WI, Walmart. We drove to Lakeshore Park, climbed the lighthouse and walked along Lake Winnebago, the second largest inland lake in the U.S. next to Okeechobee.
